Using this website

This website is provided by ERI Outdoor Solutions to describe our services and to let you request estimates, inspections and quotes. Please give accurate information when you use the forms, and do not misuse the site or try to access areas that are not meant for you.

Information on this site

We take care to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature. Descriptions of services, materials and processes are a guide; the details that apply to your job are the ones set out in your written quote.

Estimates, quotes and agreements

Online estimates are indicative only and are not offers. A formal quote is a written document we issue after inspecting the site. An agreement to carry out work is formed only when you accept a formal quote. See Estimates and quotes.

Secure quote links

Quote links are private to the person we send them to. Anyone with the link can view and respond to the quote, so please do not forward it. Tell us straight away if a link has gone to the wrong person and we will cancel it and issue a new one.

Photos and content

The text, logo and project photos on this site belong to ERI Outdoor Solutions or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
